Asbestos Roof Removal & Re-sheeting

Composite Roof Cladding

Composite panels are a fast, efficient roofing solution — ideal for both new builds and refurbishments. These pre-fabricated panels offer uniform insulation across the entire roof and significantly reduce installation time and disruption. Available in a variety of thicknesses and finishes, composite cladding gives you the freedom to design a roof that performs well and looks great. Rooflight integration is also available.

Overcladding Systems

Overcladding is a smart alternative to a full strip-and-replace. It involves installing a new metal profile over the existing roof (typically asbestos), with insulation and support bars added between. This solution is less disruptive, more budget-friendly, and improves both the thermal performance and the visual appeal of your building.

Overcladding can often eliminate the need for costly asbestos disposal, as the original sheets remain in place. We can also replace old rooflights — including Georgian wire skylights or outdated northlights — to improve daylight and safety. If required, we’ll assess your existing roof structure to ensure it's suitable for an overclad system.
